Tips and Suggestions:
For variation, perform this exercise with your feet off the ground, your thighs vertical, and your knees bent to 90 degrees.
Rotating left or right and keeping your knees will target your obliques or lower back muscles as well as your abs.
Always press your lower back into the floor.
Do this exercise slowly in sets of 10 to 20 repetitions.
Don’t lift your shoulders and head with your arms, as this will reduce the amount of work your abs are doing.
Lift your head and shoulders only a few inches off the ground. Sitting further can put undue stress on your neck and upper back and can lead to injury.
